Place: Camp Mitchell on Petit Jean Mountain in Morrilton, AR

(A non-refundable $50 deposit is all you need to register, and several payment plans are available)

* Three days & Two nights lodging

There will be 2 and 4 bedroom Lodge and Cabin rooms available.

* To sign up, all you need to do is fill out the registration form below and be sure to click the Send button after you fill it out.

* Retreat Payment Options & Cancellation Policy:

1. Pay by check – (If you would like to pay by check, just be sure to add that in your notes when you are filling out the registration form. After I recieve your registration form, I will email you back to confirm your registration and also provide you with the address to send your check to.)

2. Pay with credit card, debit card, or paypal account – In order to offer the credit card/debit card payment option, we have to add a charge of $6 to the total cost to cover the paypal services fee. If you like, you can pay the non-refundable $50 deposit with a card, and then send a check for the rest. Please contact April for other payment information.

** If you are paying less than the total retreat amount today, you will have until Jan 31st 2012 to pay the remaining balance.

* A lot of personalization goes into each cropper’s gifts, surprises, etc…so the Cancellation Policy is as follows:

- If you cancel before Feb 1st, you will receive a full refund
(minus the non-refundable $50.00 deposit)

-If you cancel after Feb 1st, you will only receive a refund of half the registration fee
(minus the non-refundable $50.00 deposit)
